Pre Season Training underway. 5 months work before the season even starts. :o
Following the lead of a couple of others, this would be a good place to discuss who is going well who is struggling etc.

Sam Kerridge absolutely smashed it on the first day back apparently

He's a very good tagger, but I think he could be an even greater weapon if used as a pure midfielder/forward. Maybe the return of VB could see a massive 2015 for Kedge, here's hoping!

hows Matt Crouch going?

what do you think he could average in supercoach? i mean in a couple years time

Kerridge looked good in some of the footage.

Rowey and Bicks asked Cornsey earlier this week, Kerridge was in mind am sure, after day two of training

Who were the preseason stars that never converted to the league? Kerridge came straight to mind

Cornsey being the great bloke he is, never named a name of former players

Point is, Kerridge can run, I think he can play (Goodwin style) but, performance on field tells true

What else was funny is "The crouch Bros don't seem to bother running , they just get the ball"

Just as the "Club" Labeled  the Sando sacking as "RUTHLESS" So it appears is Walsh on the training track, singling out any player making a mistake in handball drills. The standards will be set very high and with the improvement of

Brown, Laird, Hendo, Crouch's, Walker, Hartigan, Smith, Grigg, Cameron, Dangerfield, Lowden, Jenkins, Kerridge, Mackay, Jaensch, Lyons. I also am expecting and generally excited by the prospect of a "Ruthless" Finals bound team ;D

The old push up punishment is back, make a blue then drop and give me ten. Haha love it.

Nathan van Berlo has emphatically announced he is over the Achilles injury that wrecked his 2014 season by sprinting to victory in both of the Crows' 2km time trials on Monday.

Does this say more about NVB's fitness or the fitness of the entire Adelaide squad that 28 year old coming off a 12 month injury can win the time-trial :p
