As a middle-tier team that has pushed/should be pushing towards the top tier, I like this.
Likewise. At least, I like to think I should be pushing again  :-[

Christchurch and Rio currently don't have a ground...

Christchurch don't even have a team name yet haha. Saints is cliche and boring. I'm working on it!

For reasons above, I too would support that  8)

I've put a little bit more effort into this year's fixture, with the aim of finishing the year with a bang.

Have separated into 3 groups (don't worry, you only play each team once).

Top Tier: Dublin, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Moscow, Cape Town, PNL

Middle Tier: Rio de Janeiro, Toronto, Cairo, Berlin, London, Christchurch

Bottom Tier: Seoul, Tokyo, New York, New Delhi, Beijing, Pacific

Note: I've but the two new teams into the middle tier.

The Tiers will play each other from Rounds 13-17

And basically as the season goes on, you are more likely to play a team closer to your tier (can't be perfectly done, but is close).

So, if you were in a bottom tier, you'll find that the season starts hard but gets easier (in general)

If you were in a middle tier, you'll basically be all over the place, before finishing against your other middle tier teams

If you were in a top tier, the season starts easier, before finishing really hard.

So expect pain early bottom teams, but have hope, it will get better.

Only problem i see with this oss is that bottom tier teams would like a few injuries and suspensions go there way to cause carnage against the top teams but if we get them straight up they are at full strength.

Maybe round 1 and 2 you play your own tier too? Or atleast round 1

But no matter which was you shape it, luck with injuries will always be a factor

kind of agree here. towards that time of the year teams arent at full strength. Plus up at the top we will be playing these teams in the finals in a few weeks aswell. So you cant build up the rivalry over the season.

Im happy either way.

Excuses Holz, still jealous we grabbed the cup this year! Ended Berlin's 2 year win streak in the Euro cup between us as well this season :P.

One problem will be teams that have changed dramatically over the trade period (Dildos). But I guess that's he fun of it!

Vinny

Haha putting the Dillos in the top tier is cruel. :(
