Not surprised that you've picked with your heart and not your head. :P
I tried, I swear.  :(

Who is Matt Dick?
Some scrub that couldn't get a game at Sydney and is now at Carlton. I didn't know who else to pick.  :P

Like the rucks and forwards.
Don't like Lumumba as D4 and some mid picks...Whiley and Acres could make cash but better to go with rookies and add another Superpremium mid.

Money Shot

Malceski and Harry o
Shaw and Hibberd
Think they are the same price and surely you would go with Shaw and Hibberd ::)

Rucks and forward line is 18/10

Mids are weak but I guess that's where the cash cows are ::)

would love your thoughts on my team.

Yeah, Lumumba is somewhat of a placeholder. Although I am tracking his pre-season because all reports have been pretty good.

As for the premium mid, I had Beams in there but had to cut him as I was over budget.

Big Eski fan here, don't care if I'm paying top dollar for him because I know he'll be worth it. See above for Lumumba.

Still working on the mix of mids, still plenty of time to get it right.

Money Shot

Good points.
Im not a fan of 4 mid premiums let alone 3 :P
Apart from that line your team is 384/10

Vinny

It's because you have mid-priced love children in there instead of cheap rookies. ;)

Please, Mitch Hallahan will average 207 and you'll be wishing you had him.

Nice team nige, but like all, the mids are far too weak. Maybe look at downgrading Lumumba and upgrading one of your mids,

Other than that a very nice team.

Thanks buddy.

I'll probably do something in the next couple of days.

Got no problems with your rucks and fwds mate but think its too risky to field two rookies in defence, I'd definitely upgrade one to someone more proven and with greater JS. Other big concern is Hallahan at M4. If you're picking him as a smokie he shouldn't be any higher than M5 man. Just need someone more solid in at M4.

That's been the problem pretty much.

I really like my rucks and forwards the way they are and I'm fairly reluctant to change them.

Working out how to get somebody decent in to the mids. The best player I can grab is Luke Hodge, but that leaves me with like 2k in the bank or something, I mean.

I could turn Hallahan into Blacres, but that would make NVB M4 and would allow me to turn Dick into somebody like Waters. So I guess it means Hallahan + Dick or Blacres + Waters

Hmm would you consider Malceski down to Hibberd for a little bit more cash? A lot of uncertainty with him going to a new club that is a lot weaker than his older

I'm a massive Eski fan and I think he'll be fine, but it's a move I have considered. I suppose if it does give me the flexibility, then it might be worthwhile and then I can always get Eski in later if/when his price drops and we see how he's scoring as a Sun.
