Membrey will go also but waiting to see if he actuially does or not

Hopefully Lloyd gets his mentors No.5 guersney

Xavier has been upgraded after signing a new deal and I expect Biggs and Lloyd to get new numbers when they get added to the seniors list.

With Heeney, Hiscox and Davis coming in and Membrey going out, Swans need to pick 5 extra players from National, Rookie and Pre-season draft to fill their squad

Others:

Jones - Played most of last year in the mids or running off half back
Laidler - Depth back atm, might get a run for Grundy soon
Marsh - Rebounding half back
Johnson - Key full/half back
Aliir - Key full/half back, spent time on Buddy and Tippett in pre-season
XRichards - Key full/half back, can also rebound
Towers - A forward that has a tank and can spend time in the mids
Hewett - Inside mid with a couple of BOGs in the NEAFL
Robinson - Inside mid that sometimes brings his own ball to the game
Perris - Can play inside or outside mid but the knee will see him miss most of 2015
Biggs - Gun year in the 2s saw him debut in the 1s before returning to the 2s and excelling
Membrey - Key full forward
BJack - Often used as the sub in the 1s due to his pace
Nankervis - Ruck that can play forward, expect him in front of Derickx and Naisith in 2015 depth
Naismith - Got his debut in R23 whilst Pyke was rested but nankervis is ahead of him
Derickx - Depth ruck

Mailman the 2nd

Best 22
B: Rhyce Shaw, Ted Richards, Nick Smith
HB: Dane Rampe, Heath Grundy, Jarrad McVeigh
C: Lewis Jetta, Daniel Hannebery, Kieren Jack
HF: Tom Mitchell, Lance Franklin, Sam Reid
F: Adam Goodes, Kurt Tippett, Ben McGlynn
Foll: Mike Pyke, Josh Kennedy, Luke Parker (c)
Int: Issac Heeney, Gary Rohan, Jake Lloyd, Craig Bird

Emergencies will almost always consist of Laidler, Derickx and someone like Jones/Towers.

Reid to drop back or swap with Reid occasionally. Nankervis to (hopefully) become better than Derickx and push out his emergency spot.

Toga

You reckon Heeney will get games from the get go MM? Surely a sub risk though?

I'd honestly name Lloyd sub over Heeney.

Mailman the 2nd

It'll depend on how his pre-season is I guess. Lloyd to get games more or less from the get go (or when we actually started doing well) so I don't see why he couldn't.

Definitely a huge sub risk though if he's named at all.

Toga

Sounds like he's a gun so would be good to see him early. We'll see I guess ;)

No Cunners??

SydneyRox

I am not sure, but they may toy with the structure as well. Having Pyke ruck all year and mostly on his own meant he was poor in the finals. Having Derrikx or Nank in the team at the expense of Mitchell would be a good idea for me.

As Tabs said, Cunners comes in for Heeny/Lloyd.

A lot will depend on injury and form. Think there will be a bit more team rotation that there has been in previous years. Think they need to make sure they expose the next level, X, AA, Towers, Heeney, Nank, need to get them up to speed.

Parker as the C boys?  What do you know?? :P

Good point, nank could get some game time as we dont want to overuse Tippett in the ruck and Goodes might not play every week

obviously MM copied my team. I took the GF team and moved players around but not the C. They had Macca as the RR in the GF team

Mailman the 2nd

Yeah I just copied tabs' because the team seems a lot more obvious next season as opposed to previous ones.

I like Lloyd a lot, reckon he'll slip into the team with Heeney over Cunningham though

Dont think they will push Heeney that quickly in to the 1s

j959

looks a bit too tall up fwd for mine - having all of Franklin, Tippett, Goodes and Reid in there ...

I think Horse is going to have to bite the bullet and send him back - if he develops as a defender that would help Teddy and Grundy I reckon ... having said that, Rampe can play on opposing 3rd tall fwds in a pinch ... ??
