Profile

2014 was the first year Horlin-Smith was able to cement himself in the Geelong starting line up, playing all but three games. He was particularly good in the first half of the season; scoring two tons, kicking 11 goals and averaging 76.8 up to Round 12. From that point on he was inconsistent and copped both green and red vests. While he should benefit from his experience this year and show improvement in 2015, it's questionable whether that improvement will result in a big enough price rise to warrant his selection. If George is ever going to be fantasy relevant it will be next season but I'd probably still stay away.

Pros - Can ton up, becoming a bigger part of the midfield

Cons - Inconsistency, price, vests

Prediction - 77-80

pommyadam

could get more gametime with Varcoe on the move

scoring is too inconsistent from me though
but if he does something weird (like DPP) then could be on the watchlist

Ricochet

Reckon this kid could be something special. Won't be going near him next year but wouldn't be surprised if he turns out to be a premo mid sometime soon

Spinking

Have always rated GHS but surprised to see his low averages. Is obviously an important part of the cats future but not likely to pick him up yet unless he starts to really show something in the NAB.
