Not sure I rate the picks as highly as these two, but purely because I lack the ability to utilise them (Memph would help mind you).

Picks are decent if you have players in mind and know the draft class. Certainly are a few guys who can drop who could make an impact, just depends if you get a bit lucky sometimes ;).
