Shouldn't make decisions based on the exception to the rule. He can refine his game, but the Australian test team is not the place to be learning how to play cricket.

Shouldn't make decisions based on the exception to the rule. He can refine his game, but the Australian test team is not the place to be learning how to play cricket.
But the experience on the big stage is invaluable and doesn't compete with first class cricket where Maxi has done so well.
