Greenwood is 25 and Higgins is 26 and for the record Higgins played more games than greenwood this year so he may be getting his body right and agree with Holz that he may be beneficial to Roos.

Higgins won't be as good as Robbie Gray that's for sure, but he is better than Greenwood.

Agree with holz in that Greenwood is definitely replaceable. Higgins I like as a pick up.

But I'd still prefer Greenwood I reckon, hard to argue the runner up in the best and fairest isn't a key player to your side. Having said that, I'm also happy with the way North handled it and didn't cave to greedy Pickering's demands for 400- 450k, if we overpayed for Greenwood off the back of one successful season I would have been pretty filthy.

in that context that is fair enough - Greenwood def not worth $450k for one break-out season ... wonder how much Pies are paying him a season??

if this is true thats a huge shame as Im pretty sure he would have been a very good chance of cracking into our squad next year. This makes the loss of greenwood hurt now.
