So that concludes Boston drafting (and the entire draft).

Could not be happier with how it all turned out 8)

12. Boston Terriers - Todd Goldstein
24. Boston Terriers - Jeremy Howe
31. Boston Terriers - Mark LeCras
36. Boston Terriers - Mitch Robinson
48. Boston Terriers - Rory Laird
60. Boston Terriers - Tom Scully
72. Boston Terriers - Toby Nankervis

Safe to say I won the draft? ;)
You've went from no rucks to an entire army haha

I tried a pro-active approach to recruiting rucks and all I've added to my stocks is Max Gawn hahaha

I think it's a solid schedule, especially considering you were the 12th to select. Goldy & LeCra are guns, Robinson is a gun coming off a bad coach (should return to around 100 average form), Howe is young but already SC relevant & should improve with age (like forwards do), Considered Scully quite a lot (can't drop below a 75 average atm and has his whole career ahead of him, so I'd call that a win). Don't know enough about Nankervis to comment (could make my Gawn pick look shower haha but like you said "anyone picked at the moment really shouldn't be helping your first team!" (completely agree with). I don't like the Adelaide Crows so I'm unable to provide an impartial comment regarding Laird hahaha  :P

Howlett might only be a mid

Joey is a guaranteed 90+ average for a couple years to fight for a bench spot with the possibility of going 110+ again, and has played 20+ games 9 years in a row.

Howlett will most likely be DPP, and even if not he's not a starter forward for me (and my forward line is trash too :P Zorko is the only good player there)

8. Chicago Sharks - Dom Tyson
20. Chicago Sharks - Patrick Ryder
32. Chicago Sharks - Sam Gibson
44. Chicago Sharks - Daniel Wells
56. Chicago Sharks - Brent Harvey
68. Chicago Sharks - Sam Kerridge

I desperately needed a ruck and went the risk and held off hoping for one of Goldy, Mummy or Paddy slide to my second round and it paid off big for me. Also picked up Harvey late who hopefully manages to stay as a forward since my forward line is also very weak. Now with 3 first round draft picks in this years nat draft I can add in some quality young players, Chicago Sharks premiers for 2015

Boomer, 37 next year... But who cares, this is what recycle drafts are all about hahaha pick up 2 decent players then fight over trash hoping that they'll shine or you'll get a few good years out of them

popedelio

I know he is 37, he still averaged over 100 and was dpp fwd, so hopefully he keeps it, wasn't much risk as I took him in the 2nd last round plus he doesn't look like retiring anytime soon so hopefully 2 seasons

Memphistopheles

Pretty pleased with our drafting.

Turning our team in to a Top 4 challenger and possibly a sneaky flag prospect I think following this draft.

4. Quito Quetzals - Jaeger O'Meara
16. Quito Quetzals - Chad Wingard
28. Quito Quetzals - Nick Vlastuin
40. Quito Quetzals - Aaron Sandilands
52. Quito Quetzals - Sam Mitchell
64. Quito Quetzals - Chris Dawes

Chris Dawes is the odd one out in terms of guns/future guns but the Demons are on the improve and in his best season at the Pies he average just a shade under 80.

kilbluff1985

well you did have pick 4 pretty big advantage

having pick 10 sucked and we didn't even make the finals lol

Memphistopheles

So how are everyone's teams shaping up for next season.

This is what i'm looking at currently.

Def: Shannon Hurn, Shaun Higgins, Matt Suckling, Nick Vlastuin.
Mid: Jarrad McVeigh, Sam Mitchell, Ryan Griffen, Jack Redden, Brad Ebert, Levi Greenwood.
Ruc: Aaron Sandilands.
For: Travis Cloke, Tom J Lynch, Josh J Kennedy, Chad Wingard.
Uti: Jaeger O'Meara, Ivan Maric, Craig Bird.

Eme: D - Jarryn Geary. M - Matt White. R - Scott Lycett. F - Jeremy Cameron.

I am pretty stoked with that - maybe one good defender and midfielder short of a side I'm absolutely happy with.
