My 2013 Top 50

Spinking

Interesting mix there. Did you use a criteria, or just who you felt had the best year?

RaisyDaisy

Our very own Mike Sheahan :P

I reckon you got it pretty right here, although I dont personally rate Rance and Tomahawk as high as you do

I'd also have Buddy at the 2-5 range. Ablett still Number 1 for me, even though he missed games

Capper

Did Roughie score higher as a result of the GF?

Master Q

Ablett not No.1?  :o

Not sure how you can say Gray had a better season than Ablett and Selwood too.

No criteria, just who I think had the best year.

Haha.
Ablett only played 15 games, so can't be #1 with that amount IMO. Will be interesting to see where ossie rates him (if he's doing a top 50?)

Not just the GF, but his finals series pushed him up a bit. He kicked 70 goals. He had a slow start, but I thought he went well for a KPP.

Only the 15 games though.

Gray was pretty close to #1. Had a terrific season, got heaps of the ball and impacted the scoreboard more than the others.

I think Gibbs > Cotchin and Hawkins
Cotch > Gibbs  :P
Yeah Hawkins may have been slightly overrated, but for a KPP he done quite well and dominated when he was on.
I thought Cotch had quite a good year, he was instrumental in our run to the finals. Also had plenty of good games before that.

kilbluff1985

Gibbs had a way better year then Cotchin

Master Q

15 games is still a big chunk of the year. Fyfe only played 18...

Mailman the 2nd

Good list, I can't see anyone outside of it I'd put in

Remember he got injured, so that's down to 14 and a half. He had a couple of bad games too.
But, if he played out the seaosn, there's no doubt he'd be #1.

Fyfe played 20.

Cheers man, good to see I haven't upset and Swan fans as yet.
I think it was SydneyRox that wasn't happy about Hanners' position last year.  :P

Nah Hanners and McGlynn missed a few too many games otherwise I would've definitely put them in.

Reckon McVeigh might be a little stiff not to be in the 40-50 bracket, but I mean that's your opinion  :P

Fyfe played 20.

Poor games?

He had the injured game against collingwood, part from that his  'poor' games still had 24 disposals and 3+ tackles.

I mean, only like 50 players average more than 24 disposals a game. Poor for Ablett, but honestly compared to like gray's 14/16 disposals in round 19/2 or fyfe's 14 in round 11.

Ablett's poor is most player's average :P
