What would happen if I wanted to PASS a Nat pick? If I passed say Nat 40, would I just get a pick at the end of the two rounds of the rookie draft?

No ..reason being everyone would do it because there are much better players available in the recycle draft leftovers

Rookie is normally crap, this year it will have all the leftover players from the recycle draft, so it will be good

Leftover players last year went into the Nat draft but if everyone wants them in the rookie draft along with all the leftover recycle draft players and Nat draft players that's cool with me
