Ok, so I've listed the average score of each Applicant, the median score (basicaly the middle point score) and the percentage of coaches that rated each applicant as positive (greater than 5 out of 10).

Summary! Levis43 and meow meow are the 2 new World XV Coaches. Levis43 gets pick 1 and the choice of which team he wants (Rio de Janeiro or Christchurch). Encourage both of them to arrange a time to do drafting, best way forwards. Congrats!

Admin feedback: An impressive first outing, people liked the fresh blood and importantly had nothing negative to say.

2. meow meow, Average of 7.16, Median 8.00, 81% Positive Rating
Admin feedback: Coaching ability praised! Likeability... maybe not so much. Moscow's former coach back in the game.

3. Memphistopheles, Average of 6.56, Median 6.50, 69% Positive Rating
Admin feedback: Very strong candidate, who only just missed out in the end. Would be surprised if not a coach in the near future.

4. AFEV, Average of 6.16, Median 7.00, 69% Positive Rating
Admin feedback: Very highly regarded, but it was clear amongst some coaches that past history still impacted the application. But I think time will erase that bad feeling.

5. kilbluff1985, Average of 5.81, Median 6.00, 69% Positive Rating
Admin feedback: A lot fo strong support for kb, and I'd expect him to be near the top in future applications, just a bit too soon after resigning from Tokyo.

Admin feedback: Limited support across the board, my guess would be need to be more active
