Having to score these applicants out of 10 is difficult

I think it would have been easier to just rank each one from 1 to 7 in order of preference

We've done similar things in the past, but have round ranking coaches from 1 to 7 doesn't give that good of an indication of how good an applicant is.

Nails is actually smart with that voting, means his actual first choice will get more votes from him than the rest, actually making a difference in the results rather than giving everybody 1 vote difference (which won't likely impact it much).

What an odd voting system. If Nails voted with a 10, a few 1's and a 0 and other coaches are voting with 8-10's, Nails' votes are worth up to 5 times as much as other coaches votes haha.

Nobody a mathematical certainty, but 1 coach is probably home and hosed barring a catastrophe in voting from the remaining 5, while the other spot is likely to be decided between 2 coaches who are currently too close to call.

Coaches 4 and 5 could sneak in with a miracle, but no hope for coaches 6 and 7 IMO
