Cheney to rest

Crows defender Kyle Cheney will take the remainder of the week off training after suffering an episode of an irregular heartbeat.

Cheney visited a heart specialist and is being closely monitored.

The 25-year-old, who joined the Club from Hawthorn during the offseason, is expected to make a full recovery

Hearing Brent Reilly surgery went well and is expected to make a full recovery, however long that takes who knows

Radar Reilly has left hospital and has returned home :)  Still no timeframe on a return to the field!

TomK

Great news that he is home

Young midfielder Rory Atkins will be sidelined for up to three months after suffering a knee injury.

Atkins, 20, damaged the posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee at training and will wear a brace for several weeks.

Damn. This is real disappointing because he would've been pushing for games this year.

Good news, don't care as long as he is 100%.

Cam Ellis-Yolman ;D  only problem is, he played mostly CHB last year but doesn't get DEF status ::)

Crows v Cats and the competitive and shut down pressure on both teams half forward lines was the most pleasing aspect!

Rory Laird back to his competitive best he'll stay in the 22. Cheney showed real competitiveness and composure too wearing Trucks #25. Jarred Lyons and especially Craig's son Jack Kelly almost looked a Cheney clone with competitive and composure, this boy Kelly still on the rookie list, sure to get games this year

VB was fantastic again showing why we missed him in 014, just reads the game and does his thing intersetpting and running into space and using the footy. CE-Y again with 23 disposals :o  really pushing for selection, once again shame he isn't DPP DEF :(

Tommy Lynch wouldn't look out of place in any AF team as he just keeps finding the footy with some nice marking to boot. Tex showing great promise bit still away from his dominant best although showed it at times, keep the faith as he warms up ;)

Geelong, Mackie one going to be hard to leave out of your defence and Cocky at an awkward price probably plays. Who is brave enough to stick with Jimmy Bartel? ;D
