bit underwhelmed with our performance this trade period... question has to be asked, why did we de-list Angus Graham for Luke Lowden? Any other Crows fans agree or oppose this move?

Yeh we didnt set the world on fire thats for sure, i dont think we had a lot to offer anyone mate as those left on our list are pretty much required so we had to hope picks would get something done.

I think it's a fair question. Lowden is certainly well known as an excellent tap-to-advantage ruckman who has progressively increased his goalkicking in the last few years but Graham had the edge for AFL experience. Lowden is four years younger, might be a bit easier to mould. I don't know, could have been a range of things beyond actual on field performances that caused Adelaide to go the way they did.

Because Angus Graham is very bad at football.

Luke Thompson, James Battersby and Alex Spina have been delisted.

Think Battersby is a bit stiff.

Luke Thompson too as well, got games in the back half of the season and didn't do too bad imo.

That's now LJ and LT, two of favourite Crows boys.  :(

Jay

Luke Thompson was awful. Didn't do nearly enough and made huge errors. Just way too slow.

Battersby is harsh though... Finished 5th in our SANFL Best & Fairest and was the second-highest total possession winner. All as an 18-year-old.

Thompson's game against North just showed he wasn't afl standard.

Not Battersby!

Watch him flourish at another club

That's an interesting call.
Got a fair bit of free space on our list now...

Sounds like he did ok this year (5th in the B&F is good for a first year player!)

Will be interesting to see if he gets another go at a different club.

Lyons is staying around.  ;D

Great news! Should cement a spot in the 22.
