Not real happy with giving up pick 10 dropping back four spots, does give us second round pick again but its a little mystifying. :-\
Club must know who the other clubs are taking around you and confident you can still get your boy at 14. Solid move imo mate :)

Yeh youd be right mate, they obviously think they can get who they want with 14 and stitched up another second round pick.

Yep, an upgrade for basically no loss.

I think the Crows have an ace up our sleeve, and that we already know who we want at #14. If it isn't Hugh Goddard, a key defender from Victoria, my guess is a midfielder from SA.. and maybe one that's been touted between 20 and 30:

Dean Gore, Alex Neal-Bullen, or Peter Bampton

i think Bombers will take Goddard @17 if still there but not sure we need him really

he's probably the most logical choice if we're after a key defender.. Lever will definitely be gone by then and so will Durdin most likely

Not sure we need any mids mate, our mid stocks are ok at the minute.

Phil Walsh presser "the player they want at that pick will still be there at 14" (referring to an assurance from the recruiting team) source: the very very last sentence here: https://audioboom.com/boos/2567379-phil-walsh-press-conference-16-10-14#t=5m40s

Yeah I think they are too, I honestly have no idea who they'll take. But they're 3 underrated SA prospects, Neal-Bullen could add some outside run potentially.

But the recruiting team probably have an ace up their sleeve   #InOgilvieWeTrust

I hope so mate, going by Phils presser they have a tall lined up.

bit underwhelmed with our performance this trade period... a lot of people are asking, particularly on radio and Facbeook, why did we de-list Angus Graham to get Luke Lowden? Any other Crows fans agree or oppose this move?

Because Angus Graham is very bad at football. Better to take a punt on Lowden who might actually be decent.

I'm happy with our trade period providing our kid doesn't get taken at either pick 10, 11, 12, or 13.

We didn't need to be big movers. The list is young and doesn't have all that many holes. See what a better coach can do with the talent we already have.
