Why

IMO Griff is a better ruckman than Clarke.  Clarke is a second ruckman and once Sandi goes we will need a 1st ruckman and Griff can be that guy.

Yeah, I agree on that totally. Griff is a much better option as the 1st ruck than Clarke. Injuries have made it seem like he fell off the cliff this year, he is only 29, which in big man terms is still prime time.

Disagree. Sandi has one more year left. That gives us one more year to put into Clarke. He simply has to step up to that #1 role and will. I have 100% confidence he has what it takes to lead our ruck division.
Griff would only have a couple more left in him after Sandi retires

Whoah, Griff is way better than Clarke!  Griffin is at least solid and consistent, will battle week in and out, if Clarke is getting beaten you may as well give him the sub vest because he won't put up a fight.
