Definitely don't think Bird is much of an impact player as the sub. Not sure who else is a candidate though. Lloyd the only other I can think of.

Smith to Cyril (if he plays) or Bruest if not
Cunners to Isaac Smith or Brad Hill - Smith's probably more damaging so I'd go with Smith. Jetta to go H2H with Hill

Puopolo to put a forward tag on Eski (maybe Shaw)
