Ah bloody hell congrats mate, very jealous. I'm a silver member too but missed the chance to enter the ballot, was out when I was meant to do it, plus deliberately didn't because I've got no money atm. Enjoy it mate!!

I don't know why people seem to think this is a one horse race. I think it's just about a 50/50.
What happened in prelims counts for nothing on GF day.
People comparing it to the upset of 08?  :o I think people forget how big of an upset that actually was. Hawthorn were given no hope in that game.

Upsets are a regular on GF day anyway.
Let's not forget in recent history..
2008 - Geelong favourites, Hawthorn win
2009- St.kilda favourites, Geelong win
2011- Collingwood favourites, Geelong win
2012- Hawthorn favourites, Sydney win

It doesn't count for much. It's 2 hours of footy and while I agree Sydney deserve slight favouritism, there's not much in it at all and it wouldn't be a huge upset if Hawthorn won.

P.s to anyone that is a member for either of these teams and isn't going, I don't know how you do it! I couldn't bare to watch it on TV.
I struggle to watch Home and Away games on the TV let alone finals or heaven forbid the day Richmond are in a GF

Let's not forget that Hawthorn beat Sydney just 7 weeks ago minus Hale, Lake and Jesus.

Sydney will rightfully be firm favourites but it's not some kind of foregone conclusion.
