If Noz has to relinquish those rookie picks taken in order to select senior listed players........does that mean that people who came after him for those picks can also relinquish their picks taken in order to take that/those player/s??

Definitely no relinquishing of picks to be done, Noz will just have to select senior listed players with other picks.
