I don't think we've ever really been about exclusion though. I'm a bit iffy about excluding members full teams. Yes they will win the comp, but is that really THAT bad? 2nd place still gets a prize.

We've had a good amount of interest so initially can folks only enter 1 team. Will ensure everyone who wants to be involved can be first, before topping up with second teams.

Would apply for everyone.  Let me know if this is excessively tough for anyone - can change it if unfair.
