BROWNLOW medallist Matt Priddis is on the verge of signing a contract extension with West Coast.

The midfielder is already tied to the Eagles for the 2015 season, but the two parties are in the late stage of talks to take his contract out to the end of 2016.

for the record, I think WC are around the mark - will be vying for those last two spots in the 8 with teams like Geelong, Richmond, Essendon, GC etc.

But I think both the Eagles & Adelaide need to prove they can beat top 8 teams before they can be considered a real threat.

Richmond were asleep for the first half of the year, in the second half, up and until their final game. They were one of the best teams in the competition. I'm not saying WCE are bad, I think they are a good side and was hoping they'd get through but locking them in for finals and saying those two will go backwards? I disagree with it.

I'd argue we choked more than either side, losing games from winning positions. Not that that's something to be proud of haha. Carlton, Collingwood, Port are three matches that come to mind without looking more into it!

We lost 10 games by under 3 goals. :(

2 of them we were 100% robbed, the Geelong games. I don't like to complain about umps but they came out after both games and said they were wrong.
