I think the 'jumper punch' should be slowly pushed out of the game.

Not saying Hawkins should get weeks, but a reprimand and fine and maybe points carried over would clear them up pretty quickly.

Would he have been found guilty if he wasn't holding the guernsey? Maybe? Or maybe force was still insufficient. I don't really understand why it matters if you're holding a guernsey if you punch someone in the jaw?
