Port Adelaide suits him ;)
I actually don't think any of them suit him haha.  :P

Suits him the most out of the three of them IMO :P

Why the hell would we do that. Having no first round picks in the last two years, get the opportunity to get one and you want to trade it away?  :-X
We could end up with a massive talent lapse in this age range if we don't use that pick, Zerrett doesn't work out, and we misfire in the next draft or one of the ones before the bans. Too big a risk in my opinion.

Brisbane obviously not serious about getting him if they're only going to offer pick 22. I hope Port offers a kid alongside the pick, but doubtful at this stage.

Wonder if we will talk with GWS, they have more assets and were supposedly the frontrunner a couple of days ago.

For Ryder?

We really, really don't need anymore talls... Giles/ Jaksch/ Frost are already looking to leave due to our excess.

No, he wants to trade the first round pick from Port for Giles/Gorringe if we get it.
Which is just...What...

Crameri's value didn't drop because Dodoro is a numbskull and got lucky that the Bulldogs folded

We offered pick 26 at the start of the trade period. Essendon wanted more. We got Crameri for pick 26. How is that folding?

Shhh. Dodoro is evil.
Remember this, he is impossible to deal with...Despite the fact Essendon is towards the top of the league for completed trades in recent times...Ignore that...Dodoro...Evil...

The Bombers could have landed Docherty with that pick but they were too busy dragging it out for two extra weeks, for no reason whatsoever. By then Carlton had already swooped. He's a fool.

our list is young enough and Zerrett will be a gun

if we don't get a ruck we have to rely on Belly and Thurlow :o ::) that's what i'm worried about

silloc

I'm thinking we might have to convince cox to come out of retirement for a few years with the bombers.

We can't just rely on Zerrett for that entire 2-3 year age range. No matter how good he is, you need multiple players in that bracket.

Ruckmen have been very successful in the past coming through the PSD, look through that option, or trade a later pick for a backup. Essentially trading Ryder for Gorringe or Giles would make me sick, we can make something of the pick.

#72
opposed to trading Ryder for pick 16 and draft a guy that may never play a game?

we would still have pick 19

AFEV

I would rather take that chance than trade him for players that will only ever be there **just in case**.
Essentially gives us no chance to actually acquire a first team player from Ryder, which would be a joke.

Gorringe would probably be injured whenever Bellchambers was anyway.

Capper

there is a bit of Setanta about him in the GWS guernsey
