Clearly some people here have nothing better to do with their time than dog about trades.

You dog when your trade got negged so we can dog as much as we want. :P

dog as much as you want? All that's flowering done around here is belittle people. You think constantly picking on people is acceptable? What's the motive? If somebody says they're doing it because they care about the comp, well that's a flowering lie if I've ever seen one. All I see is narcissistic bullies with a pack mentality. If one says jump, the rest ask how flowering high. I'm over it, this comp has so several coaches and assistants that are toxic.

I feel a simple "I disagree with your response" would of sufficed.

Nige you may think this is some sort of group or clique speaking up every time but anyone can give their opinion whenever they want. Lol no one is having a go at anyone Nige. Last time I checked we have a right to voice our opinion if you want to have a rant every time someone disagrees with something then go ahead.

Take a look at the other competitions and see the trades that are made, the trades that dont get made and look at the fairness of the competition, Then look at this competition where some coaches think they can trade a pot of gold for a sack of potatoes.

Um, did you miss my last post?

I'm trying to be helpful which is more that can be said for others around here.

You were assistant at the Dongs and you're now co-coach of the Dillos which needed a rebuild, you should be able to offer some guidance to nrich or at the very least sympathise.

Voting was close, but in the end Option A was voted in by the coaches. That option is:

A) Competition admin decides whether a trade is passed or blocked. That decision is final.

To this I am going to add a slight change, so that I am not confirming my own trades by myself. So the final rule will read as:

Competition admin decides whether a trade is passed or blocked. That decision is final. If a trade passes that involves the admin, and 2 or more coaches speak against it within 3 days of the decision being posted, the trade will be sent to all AXV coaches to vote on (apart from those involved with the trade), and a majority decision will be reached.

I hope that everyone can be happy with trading from now on. :)

I will go through and confirm trades now, and also re-post the ones I am involved in so that anyone with misgivings about them can have their say. I am really busy this week though, so I will not have time to process trades until the weekend.
