Btw I don't have a problem with Koop trading Hibberd, I have a problem with trading their only good positional player and have no other players that can cover and making another team uncompetitive. I want an equal comp, not a comp where it seems Nost and Koop has an alliance to subtle build up the crabs to an unbeatable force and making the eskimoes shower.

Who brought the match committee in, in the first place? Did we vote? If we didn't then scrap it. Can't make rules without vote apparently so no special cases. Seems rules are made specially for the crabs.

I'm primarily here to dish out banter, but I do think the trade has issues.

Hibberd is a proven premium, whilst McLovin was alright this season, hes not a proven scorer by any stretch atm so the minute pick upgrade doesn't do enough imo. Only thing that could save this trade and make it even is ASADA bans I believe. Just my thoughts though.

Nost mate, I'm mainly referring to other comps and Nige had no input in the Eskimoes this year so what you're referring, I don't understand. I came 9th on % and was 1/8 after 9 rounds. Had the second highest against but like 7th in for on the other hand Eskimores had the least against and like 10th for so I believe they were lucky.

Getting riled up on a forum over a game is not a good look. Chill out.

If you're gonna make a comment/statement like that, please provide some factual evidence. Personally, I think I've only ever made a couple of bad trades among a lot of really good ones. There is plenty of evidence to support that, starting with the fact that not a single trade I've made this period in Worlds has been rejected. We can delve into the other comps too if you wish.

As for the teams, let's see.

Cairo made the finals in my first year as co-coach and was very unlucky to miss finals this year, not to mention the admin of the competition thinks we're a good chance for top 4 next season.

I inherited your team in Euros. Pretty decent side but your incompetency caused it to finish second last, I think I've done a pretty good job to fix any holes in the list and make it a top 8 side.

Again inherited a struggling side in BXVs, went from 18 to 13th under my first full year in charge and have already dramatically improved the team to make it a team that should challenge for the 8 in 2015.

Can't really speak for AXVs too much, never been the coach. But under the caretaker/active assistant role I not only ensured Coop's former wooden spoon to stayed in and played finals which probably could have been top 4 had Coop not been docked premiership points for not naming the side before I stepped in.

Your move Luke, and don't just reply with abuse and insults, I want a coherent response with facts and evidence.

It was a disgusting trade and the original decision should have been upheld. But the trade committee ruled it the other way so we can't do anything about it now

I guess a trade committee shouldn't have been brought in mid trade period then.

It had to be brought in Nige. Otherwise BB would cop the full brunt of all decisions.

This wasn't the right decision by the committee but they will only benefit the comp(and BB) going forward.


My only question is the process to why it was sent to the committee in the first place...
Trades should only go to the committee if the two teams involved plus another 1 or 2 teams push it that way. Otherwise you could argue all trades go to the committee, not just the blocked ones

Can't have 10 list movements, can't scrap the rookie list current rules, but we can make a committee which no one wants. I like BB, but I want consistency, I want even teams. I don't want uneven comp. Like who is McGovern? He's 22, played half a season and was mediocre at beast. Where's he been?

Teams had already traded with that rookie rule in mind man so we can't change that rule otherwise they are at a disadvantage. The trade committee is an improvement. The process just needs tweaking
