Dongs give: J. Grimes + N29

One thing we lacked this year was mid depth, one thing we had excess of was defender depth.

Obviously Jack Grimes previously has been a def premo and could be again next year. He's still fairly young so worth a bit.

However this trade gives us the depth we need. However as I type this out I realise I might not have enough movements to add the quality I need and am beginning to doubt myself...

Anyway, I guess we'll do the trade...

Well from the offers I had, this was the best of the lot in my opinion. People don't seen to rate Swan too highly because of his age.

Sorry I haven't gotten around to approving trades in a little while, it has been a hectic few days. I will get around to it shortly.

I have also made a slight change to the trades process.

I am going to implement something similar to the BXV Trades system, where any trades I reject can be reviewed by an independent appeals board, and possibly be overturned.

Ossie85, Ringo and Hellopplz have all kindly offered to be a part of this board.

This is how the system will work:

- I decide a trade is uneven and is blocked
- Involved parties can submit their trade to appeals committee with a reasoning for why their trade can go through
- Each member of the appeals committee deliberates on the trade, and decides whether the trade should be let through
- If two or all of the committee members say YES to the trade going through, it will then be passed

To avoid conflicts of interest as well, all trades involving my Manila Folders will also be submitted to this board, this includes the current trade I have involving Swan.

I hope everyone will support this move, it just makes the trades process a bit fairer by meaning that there is more than one person involved in making rulings on trades.
