Vinny

I'm just gonna say it, it's a shocker. Sorry.

Murphy, Bartel, Joey and Schulz
FOR
Broughton (Being rookie listed for next year and retiring the year after)
Clay Cameron (9 games in his career, averaged 40 SC.)
Colyer and Ballantyne (Not sure what they average in this competition but assume they are okay.)
But doesn't make up for those four.

Jroo

Yeah sorry Toges and Nrich, but not a fan of this.

Lambs get five guns and only giving up one from them best XV (Dunn, who isn't anything special, IMO) and a very good pick.
Balla I guess is also decent, but don't really think the others are worth heaps  :-\

kilbluff1985

Colyer will get forward status for those that don't know not that it really helps much

Toga

The way I see it:
Stanton = N10
Montags = N43    {if Burgoyne is equal less than that}

And on averages:
Schulz = Ballantyne  {on average}
Murphy = Dunn  {on average}
Bartel > Colyer + Broughton + A.Young

But when you take into account that nrich is gaining between 3-10 years in age on each leg of the deal, that should just about make up for the difference between Bartel and the others.

Broughton has a rookie contract this year but will be upgraded on the vets list and will still play. Colyer will get fwd status and I rate very highly as being a good scorer next year.

I agree with togas break down on the trade.

In the short term, he is a big winner, but in the long term, it evens out and could go in my favour depending on who gets drafted with those picks.

Noz

You say you want young players so you bring in 2 27 year olds and a 28 year old.

Not sure you know how rebuilding works.

#712
Elephants give: Brad McKenzie
Crabs give: N59

After doing a bit of list management, worked out I'll be probably be taking 4 Nat picks, needed to get rid of somebody to do that and so McKenzie was the chosen one. Thought I'd put him on the table and see if anyone wanted him and would give me a pick in return otherwise we would have just delisted him.

Nost/Rids to confirm.

Take 2...

Period 1:
Elephants give: N/A
Ales give: N12 + R7

Period 2:
Elephants give: Jordan Lewis
Ales give: Alex Woodward

Basically same as before, except this time R7 is thrown in. That's the first round pick in the rookie draft for the Ales. It's going to get me a good player if you take a moment to look at the leftover player pool and consider the fact that there will be a fair few rookies drafted by clubs in about two weeks time. I reckon the trade is fair now, I mean, the Ales are giving a first round Nat pick, a first round Rook pick and a kid who just won the VFL's Brownlow equivalent having missed several games through injury and is only 21. Jordan Lewis isn't Jesus, after all, Matt Spangher is and he's getting promoted off my rookie list, so I think the trade is passable now :P

JB to confirm once again.

JBs-Hawks

Yep confirmed. Giving 3 good youngsters for one older player is fair. 30 years of football for Nige, 3 years for me :P

Finally managed to use up my last list movement out this period.

Taiwan gives: Cam Ellis-Yolmen + Nat 32
Bangkok gives: Nat 25

Reasoning - We move up the draft order. Ellis-Yolmen has been on my rookie list for a while and has only played the one game. I know he has been going okay in the SANFL but the Crows mids are strong so I'm not sure if he'll crack their team. Would rather take my chances in the draft.

Oh I probably should have mentioned that he was on the rookie list Rids/Nost sorry. Forgot butso I think that means you'll get him on the rookie list as well. I can offer you a late Nat pick to add to this deal (66) if you need to use one to upgrade him though?

PS - None of the Varcoe/Winderlich/Betts offers were very appealing so I've decided to keep those guys.

Confirmed  8) ......we think Ellis-Yolman is worth the punt

thanks Memph a very easy trade process indeed

Bears give: N50 + R32
Dongs give: Clinton Young + N61

Reason: Young isn't anything special but he at least plays which is good enough for me seeing as our mid depth doesn't run very deep.

Nrich to confirm.
