If I may chime in as Coop's assistant...

Basically our defensive depth is a hell of a lot better than our forward depth and we lack a decent F4. Yes, Hibberd is a big loss, but we feel we can both cover the loss or potentially use something else to get one or two starting defenders in return.

Glad to see my trades are ruffling a few feathers once again. Even though you all looked pretty silly when Polec turned out to do what he did this year after the flak I got. I still have the midfielder -> forward swap I am waiting on someone for before I can reply to any of my offers for either Polec or Greenwood, and this isnt related to that at all. I needed a forward to go alongside Breust and the inconsistent Howlett and Jetta and McGovern showed me enough this year to go chasing after him, as well as I get a high pick, which coupled with my own (9+ 13) will enable me to chase 2 very decent defenders to cover Hibbo and further shore up my defence. I see no problem with it and you all need to calm your tits please. Especially if McGovern does get DPP, regardless of its likeliness.

What is this? An attempt at forming an "AXV posse or what ??!!

We have an excellent admin here in AXV, that being BB not you, he's here to adjudicate impartially over our trades, and l dont think its appropriate for you to be undermining the processes we have in place, or even worse to attempt to affect his decisions by using undue influence.

He's taken on a role that most of us wouldn't want to do, whether it be because of lack of time or just because we dont want to put up with the flak or angst that invariably arises at times, and does it very well in my opinion.

On a seperate note l challenge you to find anyone that we have traded with that is not happy with the deal we've done. We always work out deals that are good for both teams and meet each teams respective needs. Once a trade has been worked out that suits both teams, we go with it....... and dont try to screw the other person or keep pushing it to get the most we can out of it........this is why people like trading with us ;)

As for the term "trade rape" ......well l dont think l need to comment on this, other than to say "appalling"

And we don't need that kind ofcomment Lez. If people want to disagree with a trade that is fine, but they don't need to do it in such strong terms.

We have a trade approval process in place, and a comment from each ofor the involved coaches is enough, not everyone always needs to have their two cents heard in regards to every trade deal.

I should get around to trade approval later on tonight, but it may have to wait until tomorrow if I don't get the time.
