7 News clip said Lever lost both his grandparents in the past year and his mum is sick, don't think anyone can hold it against him for wanting to go home.

Tbag can!
::)  Typical, losers that still cant decipher what I actually say and so they just pretend they think they know and miss the mark

If Adelaide offered Jake $4mil over 5 years back in June, he'd already have re-signed at Adelaide and all this dribble wouldn't have to happen. They didn't offer anywhere near that or fast enough

Cant blame a professional trying to maximize their earnings as people have said, once or if he is still there at 30, he's near retirement

This is nothing like those sooks Paddy and SpudGunston. What they did was basically unprofessional. Sure go home and sook, but don't be a "Professional athlete" and go do something else in your home town!

Looks like Stewy Dew has secured the GC coaching gig

About time he made the step up, and I reckon he is exactly what that rabble of a club needs

Being more than just a hard ass is going to be needed to fix this club it is a daunting prospect for any 1st time coach wish him good luck finally he has put his hand up but it is for the toughest gig in the AFL

Blues missing out on Rocky and Smith means they're likely to hang onto Gibbs.

Ricochet

Dons will do very well if they add Stringer and Devon.
Not the big bodied mids they need but there's plenty of talent between those two

Some talk the Cats have some interest in Sam Lloyd

Would really prefer if we left Stringer to the Cats and grabbed Miles instead. Would be our shopping done for the Trade Period.

West Coast has shut down Andrew Gaff trade talk, say there is no substance to the rumours he might go back to Victoria. Won't be traded.

Phew!

Mitch Cleary has told NAB AFL Trade Radio that Adelaide small forward Charlie Cameron is expected to confirm shortly that he wishes to be traded to the Brisbane Lions.
