Geelong claimed that they wanted a first round pick for Motlop to focus on youth this off-season... What a load of bs!

They are tilting, but is it really worth it (Hawthorn tilted through trades but they were winning premierships)? This could be a disaster in the long-run, comparable to North Melbourne, if they get Deledio (esp. if their younger players start becoming dissatisfied with the lack of opportunities).

I think the Bulldogs, Magpies and the Saints took the right approach through rebuilds because not many coaches, if not any, can do what Clarko's done.
