Carlton destroyed themselves by always trying to top up with established players. Take a look at the trade and draft thread I just posted and it's clear to see that their recruiter is to blame. The 2007 Judd trade/draft was the dumbest move ever.

At least they didn't give up anything for Daisy.

Except a large chunk of their salary cap!  ::)
