So, I suppose Melbourne are assuming they'll improve and finish above 13th next year... let's be conservative (but optimistic), say they'll finish 12th.

So Pick 6, 7 + 29 FOR 3, 10 & 43...

I guess that's fair. I might lean towards us getting a small win though  :-X  :P

But, it all depends on how terrible we are next year I guess  :-X

Yeah I've heard that too. Curnow is more of a tall/big bodied mid though isn't he?

I heavily doubt we'll draft a tall. Paul Roos is an  advocate of being wary on drafting talls, as he has repeatedly said it is a lot harder to judge how good a tall would be in the AFL when all you have to go in is how they do against their inexperienced and underaged peers.

I would say we'd be a lot more desperate for some outside run and, as always, talent.

Oh, interesting. Parish definitely doesn't get past the Bombers then.

So there you have it; Pick 29 = Howe.

Meaning we traded Toumpas for Bennedy + Pick 50... I feel a bit better now.
