I wouldn't say no to him, obviously got a lot of talent.. Just depends on who the Tiges think they might be able to get at Pick 12 as opposed to Pick 23

Yeah has shown a bit in his short career. Injuries have really affected him in the last few years, so a fresh start would be beneficial for him IMO.

Good deal for both clubs IMO, Trengove clearly has the talent and could use a fresh start considering how young he had to carry the burden of captaincy and it would place Melbourne nicely with picks 2, 3 and 12

Personally have never been a huge Jack Trengove fan, but the dude does have serious talent and was a No.2 pick for good reason.

It's only Trengove's absence from the field that has made him lose "favourite player" status from me  :'(

This guy had veteran maturity when he was drafted... he's just got so much quality... a person a club like melbourne needs! I just don't understand why Roos would look to move him on? He's got that defensive mantra and everything?

He played the entire 2013 season on the back of no pre-season, and on a dodgy foot as it was later revealed; fixed in 2014.

And to think Pick 23 has to be added to him as well?! Another reason not to trade him, his market value is ridiculously low!
