this is what Bomber said at the presser today

Heppell will train but no certainty for tomorrow.
Goddard will play. Was ill during the week but fine to play.
He doesn't know 100% but he's not overly confident on Carlisle for next week.
He says we'll be playing our best available side and be going out there to win. Not holding anything back.
Bomber says players know the consequences of a loss and potentially opening themselves up to an interstate travel.
Someone's been sitting in Bomber's chair inside. He believes it was Hirdy.

Why would you risk them if they arent right? They are no chance to improve ladder position and can only go backwards if either the pies or Tigers stage a massive upset

Better to save Hepp and Godds for the first final you would think?
