2014 Rookie Draft Thread

What does that mean? Are we even enforcing the rules yet?

Two rules that have been in place since the start of the national draft are that a coach has 24 hours to make their selection and 2 hours from when they first come online/are seen online after the previous coach has picked.

There is plenty of decent options available anyways so being skipped not the worst punishment for this draft.

Hopefully torp gets back online and picks. I am off for the night anyways so that should give him a few extra hours.

Torp is on a 2hr count down from 9:32 FF Time.

I had to pick and run last time so didn't get a change to pm Torp. Not sure if anyone else did, but you might want to take that into account when enforcing the rule ;)

But you'd think if you were online and you knew there was a draft going...you'd check it?

But most coaches should check a draft thread when they come on especially when a draft is in progress. and that ius the reason the 2 hr rule would be enforced.

Speaking from experience, I'm always logged in to FF so sometimes when I open the browser on my phone it automatically comes up on FF meaning it clocks me on as "logged in" even though I don't actually look on FF at all and go straight to another web page.

So hold on, you would have been happy to skip me even though I received no notification and it was within the first hour of drafting, especially considering how late my pick was. I rush to get my pick in, see Memph posted what I was planning and quickly change. Then I notice Memph is early, and if get my second choice?

Good job Ringo. I voted for you in the Best Admins comp, but this bugs me.
