Will not repeat it as it was not correct coming from a mod either - First reactions not  the correct ones. So modified the post a little.  Was only up for a couple of minutes before modifying.

As much as I hate to say it, think I'm gonna have to side with Torp here. While he said he was online within 5 minutes of it being his pick, he wouldn't have constantly been clicking on the draft thread, and without receiving a PM I think it's unfair to enforce the 2 hour rule here.

So it doesn't matter then that he was online again a couple of times before he actually ended up picking.
He could have checked the thread one of those other times he was on.
If I have no pm,I go check my new replies to see if anything new has been posted in any threads especially the draft threads.
