Righto folks. Offseason is nearly upon us.

I'm obviously 'participationally challenged' at times, so Holz, Vinny and I will tag team to hopefully make it an exciting, well organised process.

Dates will be updated shortly, but in the meantime can coaches please run their eye over the above team lists. I know we've had some coaching changes, team name changes and positional changes, but rather than me try to figure it out, can each coach review their own team please.

Also feel free to start delisting at any time - Just post it in this thread. Remember you need to get below 40 players to get draft picks.

Trading starts tonight everyone make sure you have read the rules in particular to trading as only 10 movements of players from your 2014 squad allowed in both trading periods with a max of 6 in each. 

This year I will be stricter on trading and may reject some, I have been very lenient in the past but will be different this year.

Well, this was the semi-final draw.

Preliminary Final 1: Serbian Eagles vs Belgian Bashers
Preliminary Final 2: Spanish Stallions vs Iceland Polar Bears

Iceland and Serbia got through, Iceland won. So Iceland and Serbia finish #1 & #2

Then Stallions finished higher on ladder than Bashers so finish 3rd and Bashers 4th.

Wolves and Metal eliminated, Wolves higher on ladder so 5th and Metal 6th.

Lions and Roulettes eliminated in week 1, Roulettes higher on ladder so 7th and Lions 8th.

So it's:

Belgium
Macedonia
Sweden
Russia

Think that's how it should work, unless they chose to see how the teams went when they got knocked out (performed worse that week compared to the opposition). May explain some differences then if it's not how you said it was.

Still doesn't make sense because Metal lasted a week longer than Roulettes but Roulettes are higher & Stallions lasted week longer than Wolves but are still higher. :P

I really think hungary (/ old dinos) should get a first round priority pick... even if it's just the equivalent of a minidraft pick (so has to be traded), with stipulations that it can't be used mostly to garner more picks.

I know I floated the idea to you earlier in the season holz, and that you don't necessarily want it to look like you're trying to give yourself a leg up

I mean, Dinos have come

so averaging 13.67 each year... the next worse is norway at 11.67 and  to put it into perspective, 10th is svalbard at 10.

If anyone's curious, Macedonia averages the best position (3), followed by russia (3.67) and sweden (4). The teams to have made finals every year are: Macedonia, Russia, Sweden, Iceland, Belgium.
The teams to miss finals every year are: Dutch, Norway, Scotland

the biggest average positional jump is from 9th to 10th (greece 7.667, svalbard 10)
