cant decide who to make VC into Rocky

Sloane, Jelwood or Pendles

I'd say Selwood. Far better chance he will go big I think. Question marks on Pendles and will Sloane get a tag that he is a tad unfamiliar with?

Thats a fair point yeh. Its a tough one, but I think the more reliable option will be Selwood.
