Harvey 36
Petrie 32
Firrito 31
NDS 31
Wells 30
Grima 29
Thompson 28

They have a 2 year window, max. Their current list isn't good enough, and they need to go out and get someone like Waite to be any chance. They beat Essendon who can be beaten with one half of good football, a Geelong team clearly on the slide and missing players, then got smashed against a real contender.

Is Thompson 28 already??

Thompson and Grima aren't real concerns, not sure about Petrie (a forward but doesn't look the type that would get better with age). Harvey is unpredictable hahaha for all we know he'll play until his late 50's hahaha. Firrito is retiring so it's redundant to comment on him. Wells is grounds for some real concern and with NDS it'll be a matter of how often they play him and how often he'll come into the midfield. Hopefully the experienced players can influence the young guns because they may face a minor slump as the older players come to terms with their age.

Nevertheless, it's really eye-opening. As a power supporter I only have to be concerned with Kornes (should easily be covered) and Schulz (quite a while to go, however, one word sums up the current position if we don't snag Ryder, 'Butcher' hahaha  :-[ )

frenzy

Lumumba better only be a decoy..... What are they thinking? Waite, Missy, and Lumumba.... Flower Me.   :o

That leaves 15 players who are 26 and under, who should improve further.
Tarrant, Hansen, Adams, Harper, and Garner were all injured during the year and didn't make the final 22.
Along with Wood, Dumont and Mckenzie, these are the players, along with anyone else drafted from here on, who will hopefully break into the team and replace the 7 players listed above when they retire.

My personal belief is that Hawthorn Sydney and Port will be tough to beat next year again, and North Melbourne's best years will be 2016-20, when Ziebell, Cunnington, Goldy, Brown, Black and others will be 26-30, and at their peak.
