Lych will be wearing a neck brace as a pre-caution All the best to him and trust he recovers quickly.

That's harsh, when you're bent over and someone is running at you head on, its a natural instinct to protect the face. Obviously it didn't work out here but I don't believe he was ducking his head to win a free..

LE wasn't disputing he ducked. He was saying that he ducked to protect his face from copping contact, not that he ducked to win a free.
