I really want the crows to get this appointment right. It has to be someone that can take this club to the next level and regain respect. Also someone that is going to come in and make major changes to the club and i mean from the coaching panel right down to the sanfl reserves side.

For starters is Heath Younie the right man to develop our younger players or should we get someone more experienced that played AFL?
