Tier system gets shot down again :-X.
It was close this time HP
Maybe should try to talk one person into voting for it saying nobody else will so why not.... Do this to enough and not tell them you have been talking to others, and it'll be implemented >:D.

10. Priority Pick for New Delhi

An incredible 16/17 voted that New Delhi get a priority pick. Amazing really that people would move down the pick ladder for them!

Of those 16, 11 voted to give them pick 3

Draft order:

Priority Picks
1. Beijing
2. Pacific
3. New Delhi

Round 1
4. Pacific
5. Beijing
6. New Dehli
7. Wellington
8. etc.

Just like to say a massive thanks to everyone who put the competition before their own personal requirements here. Big props to those people and cheers Ossie for giving us the opportunity.

Like I always say, WXV is a much better competition with a competitive NDT. Hopefully this can be a possibility in the near future 8)

That's just a theory at the moment!

Whoa, PNL and Mexico are way over the new max cap.  :o

And another 4 clubs (including us) over as well.

Good to see all clubs above the min cap too.

I'm also pretty happy all the new rules got rejected.  :P

Well Marseilles and Mexico did make the Reserves Grand Final for a reason ;).

It'll be fun deciding who leaves us in order for us to get back under.... Plan on us getting more fringe depth for Marseilles to play with next season :D.

Is what injuries will do to you.  :(

Hey all. Wanted to bring this back up. This was the review of the Flood/Attack rule at the end of last year.

3. Flood/Attack

WIDE range of opinions here.

Basically 5 wanted to keep as is, 3 for punishment, 3 for discount and 7 want it scrapped.

I'm gonna SCRAP it.

I prepared by beautiful, massive and complex spreadsheet with the view of implementing this, but in the way it was last year, i.e. you can FLOOD and ATTACK 3 times each per year. FLOODING would you give you one extra defender and one less forward, and ATTACKING would give you one more forward and one less defender.

I forgot about this rule change basically  :P

I see 11 wanted it in some form, but 7 wanted to scrap it.

7's quite a few of you... but, seeing as we have had coach changes since, and this time I'm offering to implement last year's method, was wondering what the consensus would think?

Nige

I still like it.

I wouldn't mind an option to have one less mid though.  :P #NoHanleyNoMidDepth  :-X

I'm in favour of the flood/attack rule.

Helps team better cope when they are injury-ravaged on one particular line.

Hellopplz

I don't mind the flood and attack options, as limited to like 3 games in a year. And adds more strategy to the game which was why Oss introduced them.
