Dude that's a ten player team comp with 10 teams.

There is 18 number one rucks. It would make no sense to pick Sandi early. Rucks are the least important line in that comp. Followed my midfielders. The early Mids went for C and VC options.

I think meow's reasoning is pretty sound tbh - Holz, I think you need to consider that Gibbs has a very good chance of getting better, rather than just saying it's not gonna happen... Very opinionated debate.

Rocky has a very good chance of keeping up his average, his seoncd half of the year was 140. last year when playing mids he went like 130 in the second half. those are numbers not opinion.

So what you're saying is that Rocky averaged 120 with Redden in the team?! Now he also has Christensen, Rich and Beams in there too, but I can't assume that they too might steal a few points off him, but you're allowed to flat out say that Gibbs won't improve?

2 weeks ago Os said he thinks Gilbert is worth nothing and now Holz is saying he's worth as much as Sandilands. It's amusing.

Holz, I know you're finding it difficult to deal with the fact that my opinion differs from yours, but here is my logic behind the trade.

I don't think Rocky will keep up his average.
I think Gibbs can improve.

These are my predictions:

Rocky 240 + Gilbert 75 = 315
Sandi 220 + Gibbs 110 = 330

Then Rocky 120 vs Gibbs 110 in a couple of years. Minor gain short term for a minor loss long term. I can see value in this trade.

My opinion may differ from yours and may be completely wrong, but that's the whole point of this competition. I hardly see this trade as being something that is going to make my team uncompetitive, which is the only reason why trades should be blocked.
