Just went through that whole list and sent Chumps my thoughts on the trades to check over then send on to Ossie - boy was that time consuming.

I won't say about any negs but I will say this - the one theme I got out of that was pretty much every Mexico trade that happened I though they lost the deal.

Not necessarily enough for me to neg them but I just found that a bit strange. The rest of the trade period their team was getting stronger but now I feel it has weakened quite a bit in the last week of trading.

Oh well. JROO is welcome to do with his team what he likes...

Well Purps does too. But that may because Zak is related to Nathan Jones  :P

I don't see how last year's pick is worth less than Montags. I'd prefer Jones over Montags, but had to do it when I traded out Sandi.

Zak Jones is a beast, but can see why people think I overpaid, not like he is gonna score well anytime soon, whereas monty may very well put out premo scores.

Did it because I think Zak will get better every year, and thought monty, well, won't.

I tend to think Monty only has the one season left due to the Saints future fest. Maybe another club will give him a go and pick him up if he goes well but I'm not so sure. he should have left this offseason and gotten a 2-3 year deal at another club imo.

So in the long run you win. Short term Mexcio improves but then they traded Monty out again anyway.
