Almost, it's the 'Dublin Trade Talk' thread. Ric should change the name of the OP.  :P

I don't get it, the aim is to build the ultimate team not be mildly competitive. You play to win.

Banter is good, we just got many who get butthurt and can't take a hit. :P

Again, no reason to neg a trade, that's stupid.

Again, Oss likes it democratic but I reckon it should be more of a dictatorship. If he likes the trades, it goes through. It he doesn't, it gets negged. If the decision Oss makes isn't popular, it goes to vote by either a committee or the coaches. Similar to how BXVs does it.

I still think we should go with the option of Holz coaching every team and having his own way. That way there's nothing to worry about.  :P No other coaches to neg his trades, nobody to stop him from recruiting (insert name here) and he can still build the mega list.  :o

One reason I can think of for the Holz being Holz thing is probably because of his ego.

Basically the fact that he's very open about how he feels and his plans and all that and isn't afraid to banter and stuff like that it sometimes across the wrong way.  :P

Thats got nothing to do with someones ego. That came across as having a fairly big slap at him mate and tbh its getting pretty boring that everyone is having a go at him when he's just doing what everyone else is trying to do... he's just better at it.

Once you do it though, can hold it over him which eats away with him until he is forced to leave his team to restart again >:D. Holz is a good guy as I talk to him a bit, just like holding the Euro GF loss over him for fun.
