Yeh it takes a hugely one sided deal for us to not pass

RaisyDaisy

18 of 27 trades have received neg's?

What a joke

JBs-Hawks

Think we should neg all of nails trades if he has negged 8 :P

RaisyDaisy

Starting to get the impression that coaches who are negging a lot of trades are doing it most likely because they are just showery that they didnt get the players involved in the trades

I seriously hope common sense prevails here, because if so many of these trades are going to get neg'd for BS reasons then it will really flower me off

Nails

Calm down fellas. Oss said the trades that have passed had received ZERO negs. It's likely all the other trades have received 1-2 negs but are still getting PASSED.

Notice we've seen no Dildos trades either.

I think this is a good sign. If coaches are being more critical than in seasons past we're less likely to have NDT 2.0

ossie85

Which is why I get 3 votes guys, trades that receive 1 or 2 votes do nothing overall.

Nothing to fret about, very confident a large majority of trades will pass

^ what Nails said

Vinny

I think being critical is one thing but the way I see it:

A trade should only be negged if it extremely one sided. A team will always win a trade but the trade may suit the other teams needs. If both teams are getting what they need and improving their squad, a trade should pass. It often also costs a bit more to get big players to move.

We shouldn't be negging trades and being ridiculously harsh just because we dont want another NDT. Should be more about whether a team is improved and requirements for each squad or met for me.

Nails

Dean Cox still available for a 2nd rounder.

i like the BXV system

Ringo approves all trades or declines them if we don't like a decision we can appeal and then a trades committee decides

the WXV system just isn't right some of the coaches might not rate the player as much as others or they might not have seen him play and i doubt they consider a teams needs by looking at there list either

or you just get some coaches negging just to be pricks

And yet the BXV system ended up with the Staines Steins whose team was horrible before I took it over at the start of this year.

We've undergone major renovations in this off-season already and had a recycled draft and compo picks to even that out.

kilbluff1985

pretty silly to blame the system on that

big difference between bad trading and uneven trades

ossie85

Personally, I'd like all coaches to be involved in everything. So that everyone gets a say.

Face it, if I got everything I wanted, the game would be completely different but with probably nobody playing :P

Anyways, Honey Badger the only coach left now, and these trades are now clear:

Trade 9
Beijing give: Pick #41 (International Draft)
Pacific give: Cameron Wood

Trade 11
Cairo give: Clancee Pearce, Kyle Hartigan, Lewis Johnston and Sam Kerridge
New Delhi give: Matt White, Rhys Palmer and Pick 60

Trade 14
New York give: Mark Blicavs and Darcy Lang
Cape Town give: Nathan Vardy and Jamie Bennell

Trade 15
Buenos Aires Dildos trade: Shaun Burgoyne
