When I was reviewing all the picks and asked to pass/neg my approach was that as long as both teams got what they needed, then it was fine

There are going to be deals where it looks like one team is getting more than the other, but when you look at the teams and read the reasons why they have agreed, in most cases it makes sense because there are deals where you need to give up a bit more to get get what you need. Hopefully most coaches take that into consideration when reviewing trades, not just seeing if its straight up apples for apples

Maybe, but it might be in Ringo's best interests to put him in the open market and see if he can get a better deal for him.
