It's not a great look when every other coach and the administrator reckons the trade shouldn't go through except for the two coaches involved, and then it goes through. It shouldn't have went to the committee especially considering the amount of people against it. Doesn't that mean any trade rejected goes to the committee and almost makes BBs decision pointless.

Agree mate. This is why I reckon blocked trades should need at least 2 outsiders pushing it to be re-evaluated before it goes to the committee

The rule was clearly dodgy as it was voted on and wasn't brought in correctly.

If all the coaches were against the trade including the admin. Why should it go to the board? You guys asked for it to go to the board but then that means any trade can be sent to the board. Like I said before making BB's decision pointless.

And I sent an idea to BB on this earlier. I actually agree with what you are saying. But the point you seem to be missing is that they are the rules. We didnt make them. We are just playing the game by them.

The idea that was forwarded to BB. I think it is important that BB has the final say and not the first say in regards to trades.

I have just read through the thread and feel my integrity has been attacked. Your rules allowed for any one who has a trade rejected to appeal to the trades committee for review.  This was done and three of us without any collaboration between us ruled the trade to be reasonable. So to me you can not seem to accept the ruling of an independent trade committee and keep belly aching on. Why don't you act like normal human beings and accept an umpires decision.

But I forget not dealing with normal people.

Just block the decision. Lets re-negotiate or this will never end. For the sake of the competition instead these two grumpy men taking advantage of a 'young' boy. I also like how he says about he's a youngster, but he is the one who takes advantage of him and demands a rape trade.

No idea where you got the idea I said nobody would be banned, that was only BB and he's since gone back on that. I'm reading through everything now (over the three threads) so expect some stuff to happen tonight.

As for this, could make slight changes in the future in order to limit things going to the panel.

Euros don't even have any trade voting and only gets put to a vote by coaches if somebody asks the Admin to do it. Think only 2-3 teams are outliers while the rest are pretty much competitive. No trade that is rejected by the Admin can be reviewed, it just has to be reworked by the parties involved.

Yes, after discussions and some of the further comments that have been posted, HP and I are investigated handing out bans to some members. We will keep everyone posted with what eventuates.
