There was no arm twisting in regards to the Hibberd trade. Yes BB blocked it initially which he has every right to do so. It then went to the panel as both coaches ask for it to be referred. The decision was overturned by the panel. This has all happened through the rules of the comp.

I understand the frustration of the SJ trade being blocked and the Rioli trade being passed but neither have anything to do with Hibberd, McGovern, Koops, Nige, Nost or myself. We all have done everything by the rules. Yes it has raised a few concerns over processes etc. I dont understand the level of criticism that keeps getting directed at Koops in this. People need to lay off the kid. This is a game and one he has proven himself to play well over the past 12 months.


Time to give the kid a break here. He wasnt on the panel and didnt make the rules!

2 days of telling someone how badly they play a game! And how poor they trade. And how shower their team is. Are you serious? Banter is a little backwards and forwards. This has been 2 days of constant shower being flung at a kid.

We just want an even comp. If shower trades like this keep happening we'll turn into the WXV and need to sort out an equalisation issue.
